Neptune Wellness

The Neptune Wellness Center, operated by Premise Health, provides care and innovative services to you and your family to treat acute and chronic conditions. Premise Health provides several benefits if you are covered by an Anthem medical plan option (PPO or HDHP):

  • Cost effective medical care
  • All preventive care services are covered at 100%
  • Non-preventive care services:
    • Under the PPO plan, covered at $0 cost to you
    • Under the HDHP plan, covered with a $35 cost to you until the deductible is met, then pay 20% coinsurance ($7) until the out-of-pocket maximum is met
  • Onsite dispensary with select generic medications
  • Lower than average wait times for an appointment with convenient appointment scheduling options

Neptune Wellness

Managed by Premise Health and is available to all active Neptune employees regardless of enrollment in the medical plan. To be eligible for the incentive, you must:

  1. Complete a Health Risk Assessment (HRA) between Jan. 1 – Dec. 31, 2026
  2. Complete a preventive annual exam between Jan. 1 – Dec. 31, 2026
  3. Must be an employee in active status at the time the rewards are distributed.

Rewards will be processed as soon as administratively possible after the end of the calendar year. Program participants will have an opportunity to make their incentive selection prior to incentives being awarded.

Reasonable Alternative Standard: If it is unreasonably difficult due to a medical condition for you to meet the requirements under the incentive program (or if it is medically inadvisable to attempt to meet the requirements of this program), a reasonable alternative standard is available. The reasonable alternative standard is available through Premise Health.

NOTE: Reasonable Alternative Standard exemption must be recertified on an annual basis.
